Making A Purchase Simply browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you prefer you can send your order with payment to Shop-At-Bristol, Harbourside, Bristol BS1 5DB. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch or cheque. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged for until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. At-Bristol Members will receive their normal 10% discount on all qualifying items.

Shipping And Handling Orders over £30.00 are shipped free of charge within the UK. A £3.50 post & packing charge will be added to all UK orders under £30.00. We no longer accept orders from overseas

Delivery Schedule We will normally dispatch your order to you within 3-5 working days, but please allow up to 10 days for delivery during busy periods.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
